If you received a defective or damaged product, please submit the form below. Please review the information below before submitting:

What Is Covered

Items that arrive broken or damaged during shipping
Breaks during initial setup caused by a manufacturing defect
Products that show up with an obvious defect
Packages lost by the carrier while in transit (as long as the shipping address provided was correct)

What Is Not Covered

Products that break after normal use over time (for example: decks, wheels, or trucks breaking months after purchase)
Damage caused by misuse or intentional impact (slamming decks hard, dog ate my fingerboard)
Products that were assembled, used, and later returned because you decided you didn’t like them
Packages affected by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout

Warranty does not cover normal wear, grip tape wear, or any user damage.
