When will products be back in stock?
Follow LC Boards on social media for daily updates and keep an eye out for stock drops as we usually run out fast.
Order Issues/Cancellation
Due to our automated system we cannot cancel orders. However if a wrong address was used when orderering, email us and we can get it changed easily if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders the same day or the next business day whenever possible. We don’t ship on weekends. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we could be waiting on a response from you—usually due to an address issue or an item being out of stock. Please check your email for any messages from us.
My tracking says it should arrive today, but it hasn’t shown up yet.
Some carriers mark packages as “out for delivery” or even “delivered” earlier than the actual delivery. If your package doesn’t arrive, we recommend waiting one full business day past the expected delivery date before reaching out.
I chose 2-day shipping, but it’s been more than two days.
Shipping speeds begin once the package leaves our facility, not when the order is placed. We don’t ship on weekends and typically ship same day or next business day. If the delay is with the carrier, it’s unfortunately outside our control. Please check your tracking first.
I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We can update the address if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it ships, we’re unable to make changes. You’ll need to contact the carrier directly or wait to see if the package is returned to us. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
I was charged, but my order didn’t go through.
If a payment is declined, your bank may temporarily hold the funds before releasing them back to your account. These holds are handled by your bank, so we recommend contacting them directly if you have concerns.

Can I get sponsored?

We approach reviews the same way as sponsorships. We’re interested in creators who align with our brand and values and have estabished audineces or prior video experince.
