LC Boards orders usually ship out the following business day. Occasionally, it may be as long as 3 business days. Shipping timelines are based on the day the order leaves our warehouse.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders do not ship out on weekends or holidays.
Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email when your order ships, so make sure to include it when placing your order. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, please check your junk mail.
Any estimate for time is just an estimate. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific day.
We ship from Washington state in the United States.
Note: International shipping has been slower due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
International Shipping
International shipping usually takes between 6-30+ days to arrive, especially during the holiday season.
However, due to the Pandemic, some orders are taking over a month, depending on the country.
Packages often get held up in customs and require information or fees paid to let them in and be delivered. We are not responsible for any fees or customs issues associated with your order. If you're experiencing a long delay, please check this first. After we have dropped off the package with the shipping agent, it is out of our control.
Shipping Issues
If a package is stolen or lost, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. We suggest you contact your local post office.
If the tracking number shows the package as delivered, we cannot refund or replace the order.
We ship to the exact address given to us when ordering and are not responsible if given the wrong address by the customer.
If the mail system sends a package back (Return to Sender) saying the address doesn't exist or there is an issue with it, we will contact the customer via email and request an additional shipping fee to resend it to the correct address. The package cannot be resent if we don't hear back within one week.
