All of the products have been of excellent quality and my son has had a great time using them. Came here to comment on the cheese wax specifically, not because of the cheese wax but because we ordered it in the heat of the summer and after spending a few days on a UPS truck it came to us in less than perfect condition. I reached out explaining the situation and without any back and forth or difficulty they sent us a replacement. The weather is entirely out of their control and while we didn’t consider that wax, ya know, melts with heat, it still was no fault of theirs! They were so kind and understanding and we are so grateful for their outstanding customer service. Will most definitely order from them again (but may wait to order cheese wax when it’s not 90+ degrees for days on end)!

Slightly melted and arrived kinda squishy. Was also like 100 degrees out.
