LC Boards orders ships out the following business day. Occasionally, it may be as long as 3 business days. Shipping timelines are based on the day the order leaves our warehouse.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders do not ship out on weekends or holidays.
Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email when your order ships, so make sure to include it when placing your order. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, please check your junk mail.
Shipping estimates are just estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day.
We ship from Washington state in the United States.
International Shipping
International shipping usually takes between 6-30+ days to arrive. During the holiday season orders may take 4-6 weeks due to slow downs.
Packages often get held up in customs and require information or fees paid to let them in and be delivered. The buyer is responsible for any fees or customs issues associated with your order. If you're experiencing a long delay, please check this first. After we have dropped off the package with the shipping agent, it is out of our control.
Shipping Issues
If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, we unfortunately aren’t able to replace it. We recommend reaching out to your local post office, as they may be able to provide more information or assistance.
If the tracking number shows the package as delivered, we cannot refund or replace the order.
We ship to the exact address given to us when ordering and are not responsible if given the wrong address by the customer.
If the mail system sends a package back (Return to Sender) saying the address doesn't exist or there is an issue with it, we will contact the customer via email and request an additional shipping fee to resend it to the correct address. The package cannot be resent if we don't hear back within one week.

Returns
All sales are final, LC Boards does not accept returns.
However, we stand behind our products—if there is a defect or issue, please submit fill out and submit our online LC Warranty Claim Form, and we are more than happy to help solve problems you may be having.
